Cable Installer Terrified 19-Year-Old With Proposition
A jury found him guilty of burglary and stalking.
MOUNT VERNON, NY — A cable TV installer who propositioned a teenager while working in a Mount Vernon home and then refused to leave has been found guilty on two charges.
A jury found Nahyime Goldson, 23, guilty of Burglary in the Second Degree, a class C felony, and Stalking in the Third Degree,a class A misdemeanor. He was sent to the Westchester County Jail awaiting sentencing July 30, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced.
In August 2018, Goldson subjected a 19-year-old woman to unwanted sexual advances while at work in her home, placing her in fear that a sex crime would be committed against her. When told to leave, he remained unlawfully, Scarpino said.
