Free Winter Break Activities For Mount Vernon Kids
December 26 - 29 boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 14 will be offered several sporting activities in the Mount Vernon area.
From the Mount Vernon Mayor's Office: Attention parents, grandparents, and guardians: Mount Vernon has your back! Little ones restless during the holiday school break? Then bring them down to Garden Avenue for some free athletic activities.
Starting Tuesday December 26th, and lasting until Friday December 29th, boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 14 will be able to play flag football, soccer, kickball, tennis, and other sports at the following locations and times:
Sports Underdome: 11:00am -2:00pm Flag Football, Soccer
Ice Hutch Rink: 12:15pm-1:30pm Ice Skating
Memorial Field: 11:30am-12:30pm Tennis

All participants must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian.
All participants must check in at the Sports Underdome prior to beginning any activity.
