Gunman Gets 10 Years For School Street Shooting That Wounded 3
The shooter was caught in Georgia following a multi-state manhunt last summer and has been held without bail ever since.

YONKERS, NY — A man who opened fire on a city street and then fled the state faced justice today.
The Yonkers man was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with three years of post-release supervision, for the July 2022 shooting in Yonkers that injured three, Westchester County District Attorney Miriam Rocah announced.
"This defendant unleashed a torrent of gunfire on a crowd of people enjoying a summer night last year, and terrorized a community that had endured another shooting just hours before, and multiple other shootings earlier that week," Rocah said, announcing the sentence. "We are thankful that a dangerous gunman has been removed from our streets and justice has been served."
