YONKERS, NY — Video of raunchy hijinks at an NYPD holiday party at Rory Dolan's in Yonkers has sparked a scandal involving a married police lieutenant and a rookie officer.

The potentially career-killing controversy developed after videos of the holiday party surfaced on social media. Among the images was a video of what appears to be an NYPD superior officer receiving a risqué lap dance from a subordinate described as being new to the force.

The precinct commander caught on video was soon identified by the New York City press as Lt. Nick McGarry.

The questionable decisions appear to have taken place at a holiday party for the 44th Precinct, according to a report from the Daily Mail. NYPD officials have so far refused to comment about the Dec. 16 incident, but the newspaper reports that the former precinct commander has since been reassigned to Transit District 12 in the Bronx.

An unnamed source told the New York Post this week that McGarry "knows he f***** up." The source told the newspaper that inappropriate behavior with a subordinate is something NYPD brass takes very seriously.
