Mount Vernon 4th Grader Killed By Car
District officials asked the community to keep his family and the school community in their thoughts.
MOUNT VERNON, NY — A fourth-grade Mount Vernon resident died after being hit by a car Wednesday night. He was a student at the Graham School.
The district expressed its condolences on Facebook Thursday morning:
The Mount Vernon City School District mourns the loss of a 4th grade student from Graham School. We extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends.
