Mount Vernon Man Killed In Brooklyn
He was answering his daughter's plea for help, according to news reports.
Mount Vernon resident Otis Adams was shot and killed in Brooklyn on Thursday. According to news reports, a 22-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested shortly afterward.
The NYPD alleged that Rondell Russell confronted and shot 48-year-old Otis Adams at 10:10 p.m. during a confrontation at Russell’s building in Brownsville, the Daily News reported. Adams had gone to Brooklyn because his daughter was in a fight with another woman, who ran away.
