Mount Vernon, MTA Make Connection on Bridge Improvements
Six bridges are on the list, and some public artwork is in the works as well.
MOUNT VERNON, NY — Looks as if Mount Vernon's bridges are going to get some much needed attention. Mayor Richard Thomas posted on Facebook about an agreement between the city and the Metropolitan Transit Authority that will make improvements, starting with re-opening the 3rd Avenue Bridge.
