Police Issue Missing Person Advisory For At-Risk 60-Year-Old
Yonkers PD is asking for help finding a paranoid schizophrenic man who actively hears voices, last seen near Van Cortlandt Park.
YONKERS, NY — Police are asking for the public's help locating an at-risk missing man with mental health concerns.
Charles Davis was last seen Saturday in the area of Van Cortlandt Park (1 Leighton Ave). The 60-year-old is a paranoid schizophrenic who actively hears voices, according to a missing person advisory issued by the Yonkers Police Department on Monday afternoon.
Police are circulating a recent photograph of Davis who is described as Black, 6 foot 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 240 pounds. He was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans and black Puma sneakers when he was last seen.
