Police Video: Reckless Motorcycle On Sidewalk Nearly Hits Kid
The biker, who can be seen riding on one wheel and circling the walk between cars and front doors, is charged with reckless endangerment.
YONKERS, NY — Police have released security footage that appears to show the moment a motorcyclist accelerating back and forth on a sidewalk nearly hits a mother with her small child.
The short video released on Monday, shows the operator of the motorcycle apparently performing tricks, including riding on one wheel, before nearly striking the family on the downtown sidewalk.
The man police say was operating the dirt bike was later arrested. Danny Martinez is facing reckless endangerment charges, according to a statement released by police officials.

"Yonkers PD has zero tolerance for this type of reckless behavior — we may not be everywhere all the time, but eventually you will get caught," the department said announcing the arrest.
