Thornton High School Hosts a Seminar on Navigating Financial Aid

Parents will learn how to apply for college grants, scholarships, and loans.

MOUNT VERNON, NY — Parents of 11th and 12th grade students are encouraged to attend a upcoming seminar entitled “Financial Aid 101.”

This informational presentation will teach parents how to navigate the complex issue of paying for college costs. The presentation will address how to apply for grants, scholarships and loans, how to find work study programs, and more.
