Yonkers Schools Employee Arrested For Public Lewdness At Work
57-year-old Rafael Pena, of Yonkers, "allegedly exposed his intimate parts in a lewd manner to a 58-year-old female," police said.

YONKERS, NY — A school employee has been arrested after police say he was accused by a coworker of exposing himself in her presence at work.
The Yonkers Police Department said an investigation was launched after they were notified by Yonkers Public Schools administration of a complaint of inappropriate conduct involving the Yonkers Public Schools system employee.
The Yonkers Police Intelligence Unit found that on February 28, around 11 a.m., the subject of the investigation "allegedly exposed his intimate parts in a lewd manner to a 58-year-old female." The incident occurred in a rented private office located in the Yonkers Police Athletic League building at 127 North Broadway. No other people were present in the office nor was the incident visible outside of the office.

On Wednesday, police arrested 57-year-old Rafael Pena, a resident of Yonkers.
He was employed as a Program Specialist for the Yonkers Public Schools, until his separation from employment on February 28. Pena began working for the school district in 2014.

Pena is being charged with one misdemeanor count of public lewdness. The case is being prosecuted by the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.
