Clarkstown Cops Find Fake Keyboard on ATM

Clarkstown police warn anyone who used the ATM machine at the 7-Eleven in Nanuet to check their account.
Police were called to the store on Rt. 59 on June 10 for a suspicious incident involving an ATM machine inside the store. The responding officers were informed by a customer that the keypad on the machine appeared to have been tampered with.
Upon further investigation it appeared that a fraudulent keypad was mounted atop the keypad of the machine, police said.
