Nanuet Allstate Rep passed intensive workshop

Rojana Chhim completed Allstate's intensive Business of Insurance workshop. Chhim is a licensed representative of Timothy Chhim's Allstate office in Nanuet.

"The knowledge gained from this course will ensure Rojana is now better equipped to assist the people of Nanuet," said agency owner Timothy Chhim.  

The workshop is designed to enhance sales and customer service skills in representatives. The classroom session is designed to teach Allstate's Licensed Sales Professionals (LSPs) on the Business of Insurance. Some of the subjects in the session are:

• The Sales and Customer Service Roadmap - helps to drive growth
• Customer Experience/ALI - helps retain customers
• Paths to Agency Success - the right business, the right processes
• Recognition

The workshop also gives LSPs tools to turn difficult customer conversations into positive experiences. The classes are in Tarrytown and Suffern.
