Nanuet Business Updates Look, New Management

 opened in April as a deli and pizzeria by  who teamed up to open this new business next to . 

However, after several weeks, there were some new things they wanted to tweak to the place to improve it. So, they on Sunday, June 17 and will reopen with the upgrades at the end of June. 

One of the changes is that the place is now under new management with a new name. Tre Amici Cafe Pizza & Deli is now Tre Amici Cafe Pizza & Restaurant. David Buqa, of New City, now runs the place. He was previously one of the main employees with Tre Amici since the start up. 

"We opened up seating space in front and we'll be bringing back the chalkboard menus (that were hanging from the ceiling)," said Buqa. "I'm excited about the update. Please come in and check it out. 

The deli component was also taken out so the menu has drastically changed. They've kept many of their features, such as home made wraps, sandwiches and pizzas as well as a freshly-squeezed orange juice machine. 

"I started just two weeks ago. It's nice to see a nicely-run family-oriented type of place," said Rudy Harden, of Nanuet. "The food is held in the highest value as well as customer service. We want to see people leave happy. It's a small busines but they work hard to meet the customers' needs." 

There's also a new credit card system and here are their new hours of operation are:

• Monday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed
