Voters cast their ballots on Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. for candidates vying for their party’s line in the November eighth general election. Clarkstown polling sites open in Bardonia, Central Nyack, Congers, Nanuet, New City, South Nyack, Spring Valley Upper Nyack, Valley Cottage and West Nyack,
