Ramapo Police ID Vehicle Involved In Fatal Hit-and-Run
They still have not released information about the "alleged driver."
MONSEY, NY — Ramapo police said Monday that with the help of the Rockland County Sheriff's Bureau of Criminal Investigation they have processed a suspect vehicle in the hit-and-run that killed Miriam Sussman Nov. 27.
The 52-year-old had apparently attended an afternoon event at a neighbor's, according to 101.5WPDH. Her body was found 30 feet from Carlton Road in the early hours of Nov. 28.
The vehicle in question is a 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan, they said.

Police also said they had received information about the operator within 24 hours of the fatal crash. They said they had been "in contact with the attorney of the alleged driver."
No charges have been filed. However, police said, because the investigation continues they will not disclose any more details until "it becomes reasonable and prudent to do so and the release of such details will not affect the outcome of our investigation."
