Snow, Sleet, Rain: Nanuet Weekend Weather

A low-pressure system will bring warmer air along with a dose of wintry mix to Clarkstown over Jan. 3-4.

It’s the first winter storm of 2015, but most of its impact will be elsewhere.

For Nanuet, the National Weather Service says the chance of precipitation will rise from 80 percent Saturday afternoon to 100 percent overnight and Sunday.

Saturday afternoon and evening could see some icy conditions, as the temperature will be about 36. After that, it should be mostly rain with maybe a half-inch accumulation here and there.

The Sunday high could hit 56.
