Three Nanuet Guys Open New Business in Town (VIDEO)

Three Nanuet locals began a new business right in town. Joseph DiToma, Jason Franzone and Edward Buqa opened up Tre Amici Cafe next to . Their official grand opening day is today, Monday and they're serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of healthy options.

When possible, they stick with low or no sodium foods and everything is homemade. 

Here are some of the unique features of Tre Amici Cafe:

Two of their specialty pies are the Tre Amici Pie, which has marinated vegetables, and the Grandma Pie, which has fresh garlic, basil, oregano and marinara sauce.

They accept all major credit cards but American Express. However, Amex can be used on large orders. Tre Amici replaced Seafood & Wing City. 

"Today is our official opening day. It took us three months to build this place," said Franzone. "There was a big transformation from the previous business. We touched every square inch of this building." 

Some of the new things in the establishment are the counters, floors, paint, appliances and furniture. 

"We knocked some walls down and adjusted the layout of the kitchen. We redid the entire interior," he added. "We're looking forward to meeting our future customers so come in and try us out."
