NANUET, NY — A ticket worth $12,264 was one of two top-prize winning tickets sold for the midday Monday Take 5 drawing, New York Lottery officials announced Tuesday morning.

The ticket was purchased at Quick Petroleum Inc., 69 South Pascack Road, Nanuet.

The five winning numbers for the TAKE 5 game are drawn from a field of one to 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.

There were no top-prize winners in the evening drawing, but 34,525 people won $1 in the midday drawing and 42,421 won $1 in the evening drawing.
