Viewfinder: First Anniversary for Food Evolution in Bardonia

Diane Hoch, who opened Food Evolution in Bardonia, hosted a party to celebrate her business' first year. Many were in attendence, enjoying the abundant healthy finger food and drink prepared with delicate hands.

"I can't believe that it has been a year since we opened The Food Evolution!" said Hoch. "It is an amazing feeling to be standing in a place that I envisioned a few years ago and actually have my dream come true.  I am truly grateful to all of the people who supported and inspired me on this incredible journey, and I look forward to continue to support others through our classes here."
