Fosters Creativity in Children (scdemocratonline.com) — Families in and around Narrowsburg can look forward to a free “Picasso Was Right!” grand finale reception at the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance Gallery’s Krause Recital Hall on September 4, from 3–5 PM. Kids’ and teens’ artwork from a summer-long Sullivan County program will be on display, with refreshments and a true opening-night experience for these young artists.
