The Southold Village Merchants and the Southold American Legion-Griswold Terry&nbsp;Post 803 present the "United States Of America's 250th Birthday Celebration Parade."To participate in America's 250th Birthday Parade in Southold on July 4 at noon, call&nbsp; 631-466-2527.
The parade will run from Boisseau Avenue along Main Road to the American Legion. All non-profit organizations, kids on bicycles, bands, and anyone who wants to build a float are welcome to join in.

Join the North Fork Chorale on the Village Green on July 4 as they celebrate the Nation’s 250th Birthday in a Star Spangled Concert. Established in 1936, originally known as the “Southold Choral Society,” today’s chorale has members from all over the North Fork. The 2026 membership, over 20 strong, represents a broad age range and blends decades of experience with fresh ideas to create a vibrant musical atmosphere. They are actively seeking new members to continue this wonderful tradition. All singers at varying levels of experience are welcome.
The singing membership, along with an accomplished pianist and instrumentalists, regularly showcase the breadth of the American Musical Tradition with this concert focusing on Patriotic Music. This concert will be part of the Suffolk County 250th celebration so make sure you bring your Passport books to be stamped!Saturday, July 4, 7:00 PM Come early and bring your chairs, blankets and Picnics- Cutchogue Village Green,behind the Old House. <h4>The Fireworks Show is a three-decade long tradition&nbsp; staged over Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton.&nbsp; The fireworks almost faded into history, but in 2009, The Clamshell Foundation revived the popular event and has taken it over every year since. The fireworks is an important tradition in East Hampton and was one of our founders, Rossetti Perchick, favorite nights of the year. </h4>

Join us for this family event for people of all ages to see raptors – up close! FREE FOR CHILDREN AND MEMBERS. (Non-members pay regular admission to the garden.)
A raptor is any carnivorous bird, usually predatory (they actively 
hunt other animals), typically possessing exceptional speed, sight, or 
strength.&nbsp; These magnificent animals, also called birds of prey, are 
near the top of the food chain, however, that does not protect them from
 harm by humans directly or indirectly, either by development or 
environmental degradation.
Meet four rehabilitated raptors up close and personal. The group may 
include one or more species of owl, hawk, vulture and/or falcon. Learn 
how each bird was injured &amp; then rehabilitated by the Rescue Center 
to become a wildlife ambassador. Handlers from Center will describe how 
raptors live in the wild and how humans can/should coexist with them.
<a href="https://wildliferescuecenter.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center</a>
 is Eastern Long Island’s ONLY Wildlife Hospital, a 501(c)(3) non-profit
 dedicated to the rescue, medical rehabilitation, and release of native 
wildlife on the East End of Long Island. The Center opened its doors in 
2000. The Wildlife Rescue Center receives over 10,000 calls each year 
for information or assistance with wild animal encounters. They are open
 365 days a year and are available on call 24 hours a day.
AUDIENCE: For Adults and Children of All Ages
