1. Antoine L. Smith to Perform at Harboring Hearts Fundraiser For Heart Patients & Their Families on 11/7

Antoine L. Smith will be performing at Harboring Hearts Fundraiser at The Stanley Kaplan Penthouse in Lincoln Center on Wednesday, November 7th at 6:30pm. His Broadway credits include The Color Purple, Memphis, Miss Saigon, and Carousel. He recently starred as “Curly Mclain” in the Denver Centers acclaimed All Black Production of “Oklahoma”. National Tours: First Broadway national of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, and CATS. Emmy Award Winner for (Outstanding Musical Performance on a Daytime Program)The Color Purple Cast. Other attendees include Harboring Hearts co-founders Michelle Javian and Yuki Kotani, Honorees Amy Sherald, Dr. Emile Bacha, Dr. Maryjane Farr, & Dr. Jack Copeland. Designer Derek Lam will also be in attendance. Harboring Hearts is a 501 (c)(3) public charity dedicated to providing critical financial and emotional assistance for heart patients and their families. 2. Norbert Leo Butz & Friends to Perform for Angel Band Project for Survivors of Sexual Violence on Monday 11/12

The Angel Band Project presents, "An Evening with Norbert Leo Butz & Friends - A Benefit to Support Survivors of Sexual Violence” on Monday, November 12th at 54 Below (254 West 54th Street). There will be two seatings with the first starting at 7:00pm and the second at 10pm. This one-night only event will be hosted by Mariska Hargitay and will feature performances by Norbert Leo Butz, Aaron Tveit, Jessie Mueller, Sherie Renee Scott, Lindsay Mendez, Rosanne Cash and John Leventhal with Musical Direction by Michael Moritz, Jr. A three course meal with a premium open-bar is included in the ticket price and all proceeds from this evening go to benefit The Angel Band Project. Come celebrate the start of the holiday season with Lynne Shankel on Monday, December 10th at 7pm at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St). This show and album, conceived, produced and music directed by Drama Desk-nominated orchestrator Lynne Shankel (Cry-Baby, Altar Boyz, Allegiance), will feature Broadway’s most sought-after talent singing fresh, original approaches—pop, soul, R&B, rock and more—of holiday songs off ‘New York City Christmas’ the album, available for purchase at the concert.
