He was taken by EMS to NYU Langone Cobble Hill, where he died.

The NYPD’s Force Investigation Division is investigating the death, police said Monday.

Sierra was facing several charges in Brooklyn, including tampering with physical evidence, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a controlled substance and trespassing.

Police said Sierra lived in the Bensonhurst neighborhood prior to his arrest.

The death marks the second at a Brooklyn facility this month.

Last week, police found Zamiqua Miller, 33, unconscious in a holding cell at Kings County Criminal Court. Her cause of death remains under investigation, and the circumstances are still unknown.
