Gift of Life Marrow Registry just launched Hero Gum, which will hit the national stage on August 1 at Citi Field, during the Mets vs. Giants game — with 30,000+ fans expected to take part in the largest single-day bone marrow registry drive in U.S. history.

Gift of Life is on a mission to make donor registration easier for younger, more diverse communities and has teamed up with Wrigley’s DOUBLEMINT® and Labcorp to launch Hero Gum. This totally new kind of donor kit uses chewed gum to collect cheek cells and determine if someone’s a match for a stem cell or bone marrow transplant.
