Program information:
Richard X and Paula Jeanine Bennett’s new album of jazz-inflected songs, Amaryllis 2, has a layered origin story. Among those layers are Juilliard dancers, who Richard, a pianist, had improvised for during class. We’ll celebrate the couple's album release with a performance featuring the Bennetts and Juilliard dancers, with choreography by Juilliard faculty member Karen Gayle. Join us for an unusual and exciting event at Juilliard Station.
