Ursula Honors Agrumato Month Featuring Exclusive Culinary Special

Eric See of Ursula is joining 24 chefs across more than 20 cities to showcase the culinary possibilities of Corto Olive’s annual limited-edition Agrumato-Method Olive Oils. Each participating restaurant will feature an Agrumato-inspired dish on its menu for a limited time this October.

Starting October 5th, until supplies last, Ursula will serve Elotes with Calabrian Chili Olive Oil Aioli. This is an exclusive opportunity for local diners to experience this award-winning California olive oil as expressed through one of the city’s best chefs.
