Mikey Tableman Discusses "My Manic Maze" with Emily Blumenthal - Q&A + Signing

Join us this Friday at The Bookmark Shoppe in Brooklyn for an intimate author Q&A with Mikey Tableman, author of My Manic Maze, followed by a book signing.

Mikey’s story is one of creativity, addiction, mental health, recovery and finding purpose through some of life’s darkest chapters. A former LA actor and nightlife creative, Mikey has transformed his own experiences with anxiety, addiction and mania into a larger mission around mental health advocacy, storytelling and emotional expression.

My Manic Maze is a poetry-driven memoir and spoken word project that takes readers inside that journey, exploring the chaos, pain, recovery and self-discovery that shaped Mikey’s life and work.

Mikey will be joined by Emily Blumenthal, a New York-based author, writer, media personality, entrepreneur and longtime media expert. Emily has been profiled by The New York Times, Travel + Leisure and other major outlets, and is an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at FIT. She has also interviewed hundreds of industry professionals through live events, red carpets and her podcast.

Together, they’ll dive into My Manic Maze, Mikey’s personal journey, his work as a mental health advocate, the inspiration behind the book and the larger conversations he hopes to spark.
