Green is accused of pulling out a gun and shooting Boyd twice in the abdomen before getting into a vehicle and fleeing the scene.

The 20-year-old fled to Buffalo, where he hid out at his girlfriend's apartment until he ultimately was arrested on Dec. 8.
“As alleged, Frederick Green fired two shots outside a restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, nearly turning a physical altercation into a fatal one,” District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “Gun violence has no place in Manhattan. My thoughts are with the victim, who continues to heal from this near-fatal shooting.”
Boyd had to return to the hospital as he continues to deal with complications from his injuries.
