NYC Subways: Friday Morning Delays, Service Changes

Delays and services changes were reported on several lines Friday morning.

NEW YORK CITY — It's a rough morning out there for subway riders, as the MTA has decided to limp into the weekend. Several lines were delayed or changed service during the Friday morning commute.

As of 10 a.m. Friday delays and service changes were reported on at least 6 different lines.

Here's where things currently stand:

  • Following an earlier incident at 103 St, 1 train service has resumed with extensive delays.
  • Due to signal problems at 96 St, southbound 2 and 3 trains are running with delays.
  • Following FDNY activity at Prospect Park B and Q trains are running with delays.
  • Flushing-bound 7 trains will skip 33, 40, 46, 52 and 69 streets.
