NEW YORK CITY — An NYPD officer is accused of pulling a gun on another officer inside police headquarters in Lower Manhattan on Thursday, police said Friday.
Quilbvio Espinal, 35, was taken into custody Thursday and charged with menacing.
Espinal allegedly pointed a gun at a fellow officer inside 1 Police Plaza in Lower Manhattan, according to multiple reports.
