Property Seizure Settlement Exposes Risk in New York's Housing Transfer Push (propmodo.com) — New York City will pay $60 million to former owners of 64 properties seized through its controversial Third Party Transfer program, and hundreds more claims are still pending. For New Yorkers, the settlement highlights both past risks of losing homes over relatively small debts and the stakes as city leaders consider reviving the program under a new housing plan.

Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church NYC to Kick Off Greek School Classes from Sept. 19 (thenationalherald.com) — Families on Manhattan's Upper West Side can enroll children from Pre-K through 12th grade in Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church's Greek School, starting Saturday, September 19, with two Saturday sessions offered by level.
