Police Release Photo Of Suspect In Upper East Side Subway Assault
The man is suspected of punching a man on a platform of the Lexington Avenue and 59th Street subway station.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man wanted in connection with an assault that occurred last year in an Upper East Side subway station. On Wednesday police released new photos of the suspect in the assault.
The suspect allegedly punched a 29-year-old man in the face on the northbound 6 train platform at Lexington Avenue and 59th Street subway station after the two men were engaged in a verbal argument, police told Patch. The assault occurred on Dec. 15 around 3:10 p.m., police said.
After the assault the suspect fled the station on a northbound 4 train, police said. The victim suffered laceration wounds to his mouth and was treated for his injuries at New York Presbyterian hospital, police said.

The suspect (pictured above) is in his 30s, stands six-feet-tall and weighs around 200 pounds, police told Patch.
