NEW YORK CITY — A pair of robbers burst into a Bronx man's apartment, zip tied his hands and stole $5,000, police said.

The brazen home invasion unfolded Oct. 19 inside an apartment a stone's throw from Yankee Stadium, authorities said.

A 60-year-old man was inside his apartment near River Avenue and East 162nd Street when two men forced their way inside about 7 p.m., NYPD officials said.
