Last year, a Staten Island man sued the owners of Freedom Tower after he said a chunk of "ice/snow" slipped off the 1,776-foot-tall building and hit him.

And the ice falls last week injured at least two people — a 35-year-old woman, and a girl, 17 — near Billionaire's Row in Midtown, the New York Daily News reported.

The owners of one building — 111 W. 57th St. — received a violation from the city's Department of Buildings for ice falling off the structure, records show.

So, beware, New Yorkers — a chunk of frozen stuff can ruin a cold winter day faster than you can say "Ice Ice Baby."
