Teen Arrested, Accused Of Sending Antisemitic Emails At NYC School: Police
The alleged emails were sent on Monday, according to police.
NEW YORK CITY — A 17-year-old student was arrested after allegedly sending antisemitic emails about killing Jews to multiple people at a city charter school, police said on Tuesday.
The teen is accused of sending the emails at Renaissance Charter School, located at 35-59 81st. St. in Jackson Heights on Monday, police said.
It is unclear at this time who the student sent the emails to. The incident was first reported by PIX11 News.
Additional details have not been released yet.
The 17-year-old has been charged with making terroristic threats and aggravated harassment as a hate crime.
