NEW YORK, NY – Football fans have extra motivation to hit the gym this summer and not skip leg day as they can earn a chance to work out with New York Giants All-Pro running back Saquon Barkley this summer in the next #NFL100 Experience of a Lifetime contest and take on the “Quad Squad Quad Challenge.”

All you have to do is post a video of your work out on Twitter or Instagram while tagging @NFL while using the hashtag #NFL100Contest in the post to qualify for an entry and get one step closer to earning a chance to learn from one of the NFL’s elite running backs in a group work out session at the Giants training facility this August.

Last season, Barkley had over 2,000 combined yards rushing and receiving while scoring a total of 15 touchdowns as he was crowned 2018 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. The Bronx, NY native had the second most rushing yards (1,307) in 2018 behind only Ezekiel Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys and did not lose a single fumble. Barkley’s performance in his season earned him his first trip to the NFL Pro Bowl in Orlando.

"Grinding hard in the weight room is a way of life for me and I'm a big believer that hitting the gym with teammates or friends helps build a stronger group dynamic, and pushes the mind and body to go further," said Barkley. "I'm excited to share my training techniques and motivations with fans and inspire them to push themselves in the weight room or whatever life goals they are working towards."

The "Quad Squad Quad Challenge" is the third contest in the series of fan-centric "Experiences of a Lifetime" that celebrate the league's 100th season.

In addition to winning the training session at Giants practice facility at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford, N.J. the grand prize winner and their friends will be awarded an all-expense-paid trip to New Jersey, inclusive of a visit with Saquon at the New York Giants training center on Aug. 7, tickets to a New York Giants pre-season home game and NFL gear.

The contest opened this week while marking the official 100-day countdown for the NFL's 100th season and will close on June 4 (11:59 p.m. ET). The winner will be selected based on how creatively they convey why they should win this experience and completion of the "Quad Squad Quad Challenge" by them and their three friends. Barkley will also be hosting a two-day football pro camp this weekend for children from Grades 1 to 8 in North Caldwell, NJ, and tickets are still available for purchase here.
