13-Year Prison Term for Sex Abuser from The Bronx
Cesar Pinduizaca-Villa was sentenced Oct. 1 in New City.

Cesar Pinduizaca-Villa, 31, of Jackson Heights, NY was sentenced before New York State Supreme Court Justice William A. Kelly in New City to a state prison term of 13 years and 10 years post release supervision after pleading guilty to Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said Oct. 2 that in May 2005, the defendant attacked and sexually assaulted a victim while she was walking to a local store in the Town of Ramapo. He then fled. He was later apprehended by Ramapo detectives when identified by his DNA left on the victim.
