21st Century Peeping Tom Tackled in Thruway Restroom: Cops

State police allege the GoPro was aimed at a kid.

State police were called about a disturbance at a rest stop on the New York Thruway. It certainly turned out to be disturbing.

Police allege that a 38-year-old man started making a recording of a boy in the men's room at the New Baltimore Service Area on Saturday by holding a GoPro up over the wall of an adjacent stall.

According to the police report, the man was confronted by the boy's father and became combative. But the dad and another civilian restrained him until the troopers arrived.
