3 Memorial Day DWI Arrests: Rockland Sheriff
The arrests took place between 1:45 and 4 a.m.
ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — The Rockland County Sheriff's Department charged three people with drunken driving in the early hours Monday.
Police allege Jerson Garcia-Lopez, 23, of Spring Valley, was driving erratically at 1:45 a.m. on Route 45. His blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, police said. He was charged with aggravated DWI and is due in Ramapo town court June 7.
Shane Thomas, 34, of Bardonia, faces a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle plus two DWI charges. His blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when he was stopped at 4 a.m. on Route 59 in Suffern, police said. He is due in Ramapo town court June 14.

Henry Camposheridia, 34, of the Bronx, is due in Spring Valley village court June 9 to answer a charge of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested after sheriff's deputies stopped a car being driven without the headlights on at 3:35 a.m. on Route 45.
