3 Weekend DWI Arrests In Clarkstown: Rockland Sheriff

All three were seen driving erratically, the sheriff's department said.

NEW CITY, NY — The Rockland County Sheriff's Department reported three arrests on Saturday of county residents accused of driving while intoxicated.

At 12:32 a.m., an officer on patrol observed 22-year-old Nyack resident Aiyana Wise driving on Route 303 in Valley Cottage in an erratic manner, police said.

At 12:43 a.m., an officer said they observed 22-year-old Nanuet resident Jonathan Penafiel-Penafiel operating a motor vehicle on Germonds Road in New City in an erratic manner.

At 3:42 a.m., police said 29-year-old Spring Valley Guido Arellano Ilvis was stopped for driving erratically on Route 59.

All three were tested and processed at sheriff's headquarters and released with summonses to appear in Clarkstown town court.
