4 Weekend DWI Arrests In Clarkstown

CLARKSTOWN, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 31 impaired drivers from public roads over the April 20 weekend. Four arrests were made in Clarkstown.

On April 19, State Police Haverstraw arrested Raquel Dominguez, 22, of Haverstraw, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 304 in Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On April 21, State Police Haverstraw arrested Milvia Carrera, 44 of Nyack, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 59 in Clarkstown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On April 21, State Police Haverstraw arrested Dexter Washington, 60 of Utica, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On April 22, State Police Haverstraw arrested Hernan Torres, 36 of Tarrytown, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 87 in Clarkstown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
