Would you like to have the tools to improve the quality of your health and your life?
Better Choices Better Health: Managing Ongoing Health Conditions is a FREE program offered by the Rockland County Health Department's Division of Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention. Over the course of six weeks you will get skilled at using the tools that can help you gain control of your health conditions and give you a sense of well-being. Others have done it; so can you!
The group provides a place where mutual support and success can help build your confidence in your ability to manage your health and maintain an active and fulfilling life.
The program meets from 1:30 to 4:00 from November 7th to December 12th in Nanuet. Advanced registration is required. For more information or to reserve your spot, call 845-364-2501.
