ELIGIBLE: Ages 7 and up

PROGRAM: Help kids and adults get hooked on fishing. The benefits of developing and

enhancing self-esteem to our youth and adults through fishing programs have priceless benefits to our

community – promotes a nationwide effort to get more kids and adults outside and discover the fun and

excitement of fishing.

Day 1: Thursday, September 7, 2017

Learn how to get a fishing license, boating registration for Congers Lake and learn the safety of

fishing and wildlife.

Day 2: Thursday, September 14, 2017

Learn how to tie knots, spool line and learn about different baits. Guest Speaker: Nyack College

Day 3: Thursday, September 21, 2017

Fishing / hunting, games, raffles and prizes.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEE: $15.00 (includes all 3 sessions)

REGISTRATION: Registration is underway at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City. The Clarkstown Parks Board and Recreation Commission is now using CommunityPass, a NEW online registration and payment service for all of its program registrations. You MUST create your CommunityPass Family Account in order to register. From any computer with an internet connection, go to https://register.communitypass.net/Clarkstown to create your Community Pass Family Account. Once your household is created, please come into the Recreation and Parks Office to prove your residency. If you own your home, please bring in your Driver’s License. If you are a renter, you MUST provide 3 forms of residency. Copy of Birth Certificate is required for anyone under the age of 18.
