Clarkstown Police Probe Suspicious Incident In Valley Cottage

VALLEY COTTAGE, NY — Clarkstown Police are investigating a reported burglary and assault that occurred at 6:20 pm Tuesday in Valley Cottage. Police were called to a home on Rock Drive at 6:20 p.m.

The Detective Bureau is in the initial stages of the investigation and working off the victim’s account of the incident, police said Wednesday morning. She said a man entered her home and a physical struggle ensued. She described him as being 5 foot 10 inches to 6 feet tall.
