CLARKSTOWN, NY — The Congers Lake Walkway opened Monday with social distancing precautions in place. Going forward, the park will be open from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily, with restrictions.

Only two access points will be open: residents can enter the park through the main parking lot at the Congers Community Center or the Lake Road entrance near Route 303 and Rick's Club American.

We urge residents to wear masks, said town Supervisor George Hoehmann. Town staff will have masks available for residents at each entrance.
