Clarkstown School Board to Hold 2015-16 Budget Workshop April 14
The board is finalizing a spending proposal to take to voters.

The Clarkstown Board of Education budget workshop will start at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The trustees will hold a business meeting April 21 starting at 8 p.m., after they have met in executive session on a personnel matter.
Also on the agenda on the 21st: votes on the Rockland BOCES budget and on candidates for the BOCES board—the nominees are Thomas DePrisco to represent the Pearl River School District, Rosemary Pitruzzella to represent the South Orangetown Central School District and Peggy Zugibe as representative-at-large.

Both meetings will be held at the at the Chestnut Grove Administration Center.
A formal hearing on the spending plan for 2015-16 will be held May 7. Residents go to the polls May 19 to vote on budget and school board candidates.
