Clarkstown School Board Holds Special Session at 4PM
The trustees will be interviewing superintendent search firms behind closed doors.

The Clarkstown Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday, going immediately into executive session.
The purpose, according to the notice sent out by the district clerk, has to do with the search for a new superintendent. The trustees will be interviewing search firms, reviewing proposals from other search firms, and looking over the credentials of the firms they’re considering hiring to help with the process.
The board will meet in the Chestnut Grove Administration Building—the trustees’ only public actions will be to vote themselves into an executive session and to adjourn once they come out, according to the notice.
