Clarkstown Is 'Town Of Wild Animals' WATCH

CLARKSTOWN, NY — Clarkstown police posted two videos on Facebook late Tuesday. One told the beginning of a tale of a deer that strayed into the Palisades Center and ran around in Dick's Sporting Goods. The other told an old, familiar, cautionary tale: a bear eating a family's garbage.

As the state DEC reminds us, keep your garbage inside till the last minute if there's a bear in the area. Once they get a taste for trash they're more likely to stick around.
