HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Bitter cold temperatures combined with severe wind chill, in the wake of Tuesday's snowstorm, have prompted some area school districts to announce delays for the start of classes on Thursday.

Here are the school districts that have announced delays for Thursday as of 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 31.
